Shipping policy

For orders before 2pm (UK Time), we aim to dispatch all items the same day (Monday to Friday). 

UK Customers:
For UK Postage we offer 2 option:
- 'Standard Delivery', using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.
- 'Express Delivery', using Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service.

We provide FREE Delivery on all Orders of £30 or above. 

For Orders below £30, the Standard Delivery charge is £3.50, and the Express Delivery charge is £4.99.

UK Delivery Time Frame:
Standard Delivery Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48 - is usually delivered in 2-3 Working Days after dispatch.
Express Delivery Service: Royal Mail Tracked 24 - is usually delivered in 1-2 Working Days after dispatch.

International Delivery Time Frame:
Standard Service: is usually delivered in 6-18 Working Days after dispatch.
