Orders & Payments

● Can I amend my order?

We can amend delivery addresses and contact info etc before posting but cannot add further items - you will need to make a separate purchase instead

 

For non-customised orders, you can cancel your order as long as we have not posted it. If it has been posted, you will need to return it for a refund. For customised orders, we are unable to accept returns. Please see our Refund Policy page for further information

 

We accept all major payment methods including American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Card, Discover, Google Pay, Maestro, MasterCard, Paypal, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa

 

Delivery

 

Orders are sent using RM48/24 Tracked - orders are fully tracked and can be posted through your letterbox so you do not need to be home for the delivery

We may in some rare circumstances need to use Evri

We post to the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland)

 

Unfortunately, we cannot allow local pick-ups as we are an online business only

For orders before 2pm on Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch your order on the same day. Once posted Standard takes approx 2-3 working days and Next Day takes approx 1-2 working days for delivery (dependant on the time posted)
